These essential oils can help with stress, anxiety and depression:

Chamomile, German – calming and great to help relieve stress.

Bergamot – address depression, anxiety, and tension.

Petitgrain – calming the nervous system, and bringing an emotionally balancing and uplifting effect.

Clary Sage – traditionally been used to treat anxiety and depression and is well known for its euphoric action and is beneficial for stress and tension.

Melissa – strong sedative and can be used to reduce shock.

Lavender – outstanding balancing and healing effect on the nervous system.

Patchouli – reduces stress, depression, and anxiety.

Directions:
